Pulled Chicken & Cream Cheese Tacos
Ingredients
12 McCain Cream Cheese Peppers
400g pulled roasted chicken
200g McCain Shoe String Chips
4 Tacos
1 medium size tomato (deseeded and chopped)
Siracha Mayonnaise
100g feta cheese crumbled

- Preheat the oven to 180 deg and place the tacos on a wire rack, bake for 2 - 3 min. Allow to cool.
- Cook the McCain Cream Cheese Peppers according to package instructions and set aside.
- Cook the McCain shoe string chips according to package instructions.
- Fill tacos with the shoe string chips, pulled chicken, diced tomato and cream cheese peppers.
- Drizzle siracha mayonnaise and top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
