Potato Crispers 750g
McCain Crispers are a patented and unique V- cut wedge, ready for dipping and loading. They have a unique clear coating ensuring a crispy bite every time, and with the skin left on the potato they’ve got a wholesome, rustic and delicious taste.
Before Opening: Store at -18°C or below.
After Opening: Reseal the bag and store at -18°C or below.
If thawed, do not refreeze.
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

- Add oil to a deep frying pan.
- Heat oil to 175°C. Add 1 Crisper to test. If the Crisper floats, it is ready for frying.
- Add the rest of the McCain Potato Crispers to the oil and fry for 3 – 3 1⁄2 minutes until crispy and light golden in colour.
- Drain, season and serve.
