Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

Boil
  1. Place required quantity of Butternut and Sweet Potato into an equivalent amount of boiling water.
  2. Boil for approximately 6 minutes.
  3. Do not cover the pot with a lid.
  4. Drain the water.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

Microwave
  1. Place 250g Butternut and Sweet Potato in a suitable microwave container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH as per table below.

 

650 – 750W

6 - 7 minutes

850 – 1000W

5 - 6 minutes

 

  1. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°
  2. Toss the Butternut and Sweet Potato in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread over a baking tray and bake for 20 – 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
