Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

The following cooking instructions are approximate guidelines for 250 g of product.

For different quantities, adjust cooking times accordingly.

If thawed, do not refreeze.

Boil
  1. Place 250 g of McCain Diced Carrots into an equivalent amount of boiling water.
  2. Boil for approximately 3 minutes.
  3. Do not cover the pot with a lid.
  4. Drain the water.
  5. Once cooked, season to taste.

Microwave
  1. Place 250 g McCain Diced Carrots in a suitable microwave container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH as per table below.

 

650 – 750W

7 minutes

850 – 1000W

6 minutes

 

  1. Once cooked, season to taste.
