Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

Boil
  1. Place required quantity of Spinach into an equivalent amount of boiling salted water.
  2. Boil for approximately 3 minutes.
  3. Do not cover the pot with a lid.
  4. Drain the water.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

Microwave
  1. Place 250g Spinach in a suitable microwave container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH as per table below.

 

650 – 750W

5 minutes

850 – 1000W

4 minutes

 

  1. Season with salt and pepper.
