Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

Deep Fry

 

1. Preheat the oil in deep fryer/wok (max.temperature up to 175°C)

2. Take the product from the freezer. Fry directly from frozen- Do not thaw.

3. Put the desired quantity gently in hot oil and deep fry for 3 minutes.

4. Seal & keep the remaining product in freezer.

Oven Bake

1. Preheat oven to 220°C.

2. Arrange frozen McCain Aloo Tikki in a single layer on a baking tray.

3. Bake for 16 minutes until light golden brown.

Air Fry

1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

2. Air Fry (approximately half pack) for 14-16 minutes until light golden brown.

3. Flip in between.

Saute

1. Preheat little amount of oil.

2. Shallow fry on medium flame for about 6 – 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
