Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

Boil
  1. Place required quantity of Green Peas, Carrots and Corn into an equivalent amount of boiling water.
  2. Boil for approximately 5 - 6 minutes.
  3. Do not cover the pot with a lid.
  4. Drain the water.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

Microwave
  1. Place 250g Green Peas, Carrots and Corn in a suitable microwave container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH as per table below.

 

650 – 750W

5 minutes

850 – 1000W

4 minutes
