Cooking Instructions and Suggestions

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN.

The following cooking instructions are approximate guidelines for 500 g of product.

For different quantities adjust cooking times accordingly.

If thawed, do not refreeze.

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°
  2. Place the Roast Vegetables on a baking tray and coat generously in olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in the oven for 18 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking process.
  5. Check seasoning and serve.

Chef’s Tip:

  • Top roasted vegetables with some butter for added flavour and shine.
  • Before roasting vegetables add crushed garlic, cumin, nutmeg or cinnamon for enhanced flavour.
