How do I cook this product?

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK DIRECTLY FROM FROZEN

  1. Place the required quantity of McCain Broccoli Florets into an equivalent amount of boiling salted water.
  2. Boil (with the lid off) for approximately 4 minutes.
  3. Drain the water.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil.
  2. Place the broccoli florets in a sieve and prop over the steaming water.
  3. Cover with a pot lid and steam for 5 – 6 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, season with salt and pepper.

Microwave
  1. Place 250g of the McCain Broccoli Florets into a microwavable container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for approximately 4 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
