Breakfast Wrap With McCain Cream Cheese Popper And Scrambled Eggs

12 McCain cream cheese Jalapeno poppers
¼ cup McCain spinach (cooked)
4 slices of bacon
2 large flour tortillas
4 large eggs
¼ milk
2 tbsp butter

- In a large frying pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy about 7 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
- Cook cream cheese jalapeno poppers as per packaging instructions. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a frying pan over medium heat, and melt butter.
- When butter is just starting to foam, reduce heat to medium-low and add beaten eggs.
- Using a spatula stir occasionally until scrambled is this and moist.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In the center of each tortilla, layer Jalapeno poppers, scrambled eggs, spinach, two slices of bacon.
- Fold in the two sides, roll tightly and toasted lightly.
