Breakfast Wrap With McCain Cream Cheese Popper And Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

12 McCain cream cheese Jalapeno poppers

¼ cup McCain spinach (cooked)

4 slices of bacon

2 large flour tortillas

4 large eggs

¼ milk

2 tbsp butter

  1. In a large frying pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy about 7 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
  2. Cook cream cheese jalapeno poppers as per packaging instructions. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a frying pan over medium heat, and melt butter.
  3. When butter is just starting to foam, reduce heat to medium-low and add beaten eggs.
  4. Using a spatula stir occasionally until scrambled is this and moist.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. In the center of each tortilla, layer Jalapeno poppers, scrambled eggs, spinach, two slices of bacon.
  7. Fold in the two sides, roll tightly and toasted lightly.
