Bruschetta With Tomato Mozza Melters And Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

½ loaf Ciabatta

4 McCain Mozza Melters

2 fresh Tomatoes deseeded (Diced)

4 slices Mozzarella

50ml balsamic Glaze

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4

  1. Pre heat oven to 190 deg.
  2. Cut ciabatta into 4 thick slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5 min, then set aside.
  3. Deep fry Mozza melters in a deep fryer for 3 minutes and then set aside
  4. To assemble bruschetta, place mozzarella cheese on top of the ciabatta, add the mozza melters, diced tomato then grill till the cheese has melted.
  5. To serve, drizzle with balsamic Glaze.
