Bruschetta With Tomato Mozza Melters And Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients
½ loaf Ciabatta
2 fresh Tomatoes deseeded (Diced)
4 slices Mozzarella
50ml balsamic Glaze

- Pre heat oven to 190 deg.
- Cut ciabatta into 4 thick slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5 min, then set aside.
- Deep fry Mozza melters in a deep fryer for 3 minutes and then set aside
- To assemble bruschetta, place mozzarella cheese on top of the ciabatta, add the mozza melters, diced tomato then grill till the cheese has melted.
- To serve, drizzle with balsamic Glaze.
