Cauliflower Coleslaw


1 Pack of McCain Frozen Cauliflower, Thawed and Finely Chopped

1 Carrot, Grated

1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt

2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 Teaspoon Mild Curry Powder

Salt And Pepper to Taste

Fresh Coriander Leaves

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped McCain frozen cauliflower, shredded cabbage, and grated carrot.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the plain yoghurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mild curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until everything is well-coated.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
