Deep Fried Camembert Salad With Pear And Strawberry
Ingredients
1 cup quinoa cooked as per packaging instructions
1 cup McCain Corn cooked as per packaging instructions
25g fresh Basil
50g fresh Rocket
½ cup strawberry cubed
1 pear, cored and sliced
Fresh mint
Olive oil

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
- Cook quinoa as per packing instruction, allow to cool and set.
- Deep fry Camembert bites until golden brown.
- In a frying pan drizzle olive oil then grill the pear slices until light.
- Place the corn into the bowl with the quinoa, strawberries, then add the Camembert and fresh rocket and basil. Drizzle the salad with olive and serve.
