Garlic Parmesan Fries, chops & eggs


1kg McCain Frozen Stay Crisp Rustic Cut Chips

12L Vegetable Oil, for deep frying

100g Parmesan, grated

30g Parsley, chopped

2 - 3 tsp Garlic Salt

800g - 1kg Lamb Chops

Steak & Chops Spice

Smokey BBQ Sauce

8 Eggs

40g Butter


Serving Size: 4

  1. Chips: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Prepare the McCain Stay Crisp Rustic Cut chips according to the instructions on the packaging. Season with garlic salt, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley.
  2. Lamb Chops: Season the lamb chops with steak & chops spice. Grill on high heat for approximately 4 - 6 minutes per side for a medium-rare chop or cook to your desired temperature. Baste with BBQ sauce.
  3. Fried Eggs: Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan. Add about 1 tsp butter per egg. Once the butter begins to sizzle, add the eggs and fry until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  4. Assembly: Arrange the McCain Stay Crisp Rustic Cut chips on a serving plate. Add the lamb chops, fried eggs, and garnish with parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve with a side salad.
