150g McCain Frozen Cut Green Beans
100g Bacon, Chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
Salt And Pepper To Taste
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

- Steam the McCain Frozen Cut Green Beans according to the package instructions until tender.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped bacon to the Pan and cook until crispy.
- Add the diced red bell pepper and minced garlic to the Pan, fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the steamed green beans to the Pan and toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve as a delicious and hearty breakfast side dish.
