400g McCain Frozen Cut Green Beans
300g Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Thinly Sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger
Salt And Pepper to Taste
Sesame Seeds (For Garnish)

- Steam the McCain Frozen Cut Green Beans according to the package instructions until tender.
- In a large Pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for a minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, and the thinly sliced onion to the Pan, continuing to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the steamed green beans, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve the green bean and chicken stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles for a satisfying casual dining meal.
