Green Bean and Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

400g McCain Frozen Cut Green Beans

300g Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Thinly Sliced

1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced

1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced

1 Onion, Thinly Sliced

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

1 Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger

Salt And Pepper to Taste

Sesame Seeds (For Garnish)

  1. Steam the McCain Frozen Cut Green Beans according to the package instructions until tender.
  2. In a large Pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through and slightly browned.
  5. Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, and the thinly sliced onion to the Pan, continuing to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Stir in the steamed green beans, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
  9. Serve the green bean and chicken stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles for a satisfying casual dining meal.
