- Preheat oven to 180 degrees, roll out the puff pastry and transfer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Cut 9 squares about 3 8 cm. On each square, arrange a tomato slice, topped with pepperoni and cream cheese Jalapeno poppers.
- Fold to opposite corners of each squares to form little boats.
- Brush each pastry with the egg yolk, then bake for 15 - 20 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.
