Our nutritious and delicious cauliflower florets can be enjoyed on their own or in a variety of dishes providing delicious nutrition for the whole family to enjoy.

How do I store this product?

Before Opening: Keep FROZEN BELOW -18°C OR BELOW.

After Opening: Close the Bag and KEEP FROZEN AT -18°C OR BELOW.

If thawed, do not refreeze.

How do I cook this product?

Boil
  1. Place required quantity of Cauliflower into an equivalent amount of boiling water.
  2. Boil for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Do not cover the pot with a lid.
  4. Drain the water.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Place 250g Cauliflower in a suitable microwave container.
  2. Cover with cling wrap and pierce with a fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH as per table below.

4 minutes
  1. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°
  2. Toss the Cauliflower in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread over a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and garnish with grated cheese.
  5. Place the tray back in the oven and bake until cheese has melted.
