McCain Crispers is a patented and unique V- cut wedges, ready for dipping and loading. They have a unique clear coating ensuring a crispy bite every time, and with the skin left on the potato they’ve got a wholesome, rustic feel to them.
Ingredients
Potatoes, Batter [Water, Maize Flour, Starch (Potato, Tapioca), Modified Maize Starch, Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Sugar, Stabilizer (E415), Colourants (E100, E160c)], Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit).
Cooking Instructions and Suggestions
For Best Results Cook Directly From Frozen.
- Preheat the oil to 175°C.
- Deep fry McCain Our Menu Signatures Crispers for approximately 2:45 minutes or until light golden in colour.
