Aveshni commenced her career in the food and beverage sector, initially undertaking the role of Divisional HR Manager for Africa and the UK.
In this capacity, she actively contributed to driving sustainable business outcomes for stakeholders. Her efforts extended to nurturing employer branding, both within the organisation and in the external landscape. Furthermore, Aveshni played a vital role in facilitating the advancement of careers within the industry's framework, thus fostering growth within the sector.
