Baked Fish Fillets & Stir Fry
Ingredients
4 x 200 grams Hake fillets
Olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tablespoons butter melted
Juice of 1 lemon
½ bunch chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
- Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius
- Combine melted butter, crushed garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper
- On a baking tray lined with tin foil, spread out the McCain French Stir Fry mix season with salt and pepper
- Place the seasoned fish fillets on top of the veg
- Pour the melted butter mixture over the fish and veggies, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes
- After 20 minutes remove the foil and cook for a further 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped parsley
- Serve with McCain Oven Chips
