Beef Mince, Potato & Pea Curry
Ingredients
                1 cup McCain Garden Peas
2 cups McCain Diced Potato
2 tablespoons oil
1 kg lean beef mince
1 large onion sliced
2 tablespoons freshly ground garlic and ginger
1 teaspoons jeera (cumin) powder
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
3 tablespoons curry powder
2 tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon tomato paste
Sprig of curry leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkling of garam masala

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 5 minutes 
                        Total Time: 45 minutes
                    
- Begin by adding oil to your pot
 - Add your chopped onions, garlic and ginger and sauté till brown
 - Add your beef mince and allow to braise until the water released dries up
 - Add your spices and give it a good mix.
 - Add your chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and half a cup of water
 - Followed by your frozen diced potatoes and curry leaves
 - Allow to cook on low and add a little water at a time if it dries up to quickly
 - Add your frozen peas
 - Once your potatoes are done, sprinkle with garam masala, chopped coriander and enjoy!
