Beef Stroganoff & Fry Chips
Ingredients
                800 grams beef rump cut into strips
400 grams chopped mushroom
1 chopped onion
3 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
250 ml cream
300 ml chicken stock
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 10 minutes 
                        Total Time: 30 minutes
                    
- Cook McCain Fry Chips according to package instructions
 - Season the beef and fry in batches and set aside
 - To the same pan, add the chopped onions and cook until translucent
 - Add the garlic and stir well
 - Next add the mushrooms and allow to cook for 5 minutes
 - Add 2 tablespoons flour and paprika and mix well
 - Now slowly add the chicken stock and allow to reduce – about 4 minutes
 - Add the Worcestershire Sauce followed by the beef
 - Now add the cream and switch of the heat
 - Season with salt and pepper
 - Place the chips on a plate and top with the creamy stroganoff
