Breakfast Chip Stack
Ingredients
2 cups McCain 10mm Straight Cut Chips
1 tablespoon oil
2 eggs
1 tomato, sliced and grilled
4 slices crispy bacon (or grilled mushrooms for vegetarian)
Salt and pepper to taste
Perinaise to drizzle
Directions
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Air fry McCain chips at 200°C for 15–18 minutes until golden

Fry or air fry eggs to your liking

Grill tomato slices and bacon/mushrooms

Stack chips on a plate, layering with tomato, bacon or mushrooms, and egg on top

Drizzle with peri-naise or hollandaise

Season with salt and pepper
