Breakfast Chip Stack

Ingredients

2 cups McCain 10mm Straight Cut Chips

1 tablespoon oil

2 eggs

1 tomato, sliced and grilled

4 slices crispy bacon (or grilled mushrooms for vegetarian)

Salt and pepper to taste

Perinaise  to drizzle

Directions

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

  1. Air fry McCain chips at 200°C for 15–18 minutes until golden

     

  2. Fry or air fry eggs to your liking

     

  3. Grill tomato slices and bacon/mushrooms

     

  4. Stack chips on a plate, layering with tomato, bacon or mushrooms, and egg on top

     

  5. Drizzle with peri-naise or hollandaise

     

  6. Season with salt and pepper

     

  7. Serve hot
