Cauliflower Stir Fry
Ingredients
                600 grams McCain Cauliflower Florets
400 grams McCain Stir Fry Veg – French
Oil
1 bunch spring onions chopped – green part and white part separated
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup sweet and sour sauce
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon maizena
Fresh basil
Peanuts
Salt and pepper

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 5 minutes 
                        Total Time: 10 minutes
                    
- In a bowl mix together the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper and corn starch
 - In a large skillet, heat oil and add the cauliflower florets to the skillet
 - Cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes
 - Add the onions and green part of the spring onions
 - Cook for a further 4 - 5 minutes until the cauliflower starts to char
 - Add in the soy sauce mixture with the white parts of the green onions, coat well and switch off the heat
 - Top with peanuts and fresh basil
 - Serve with jasmine rice
