Cauliflower Tikka Florets

Ingredients

McCain Frozen Oven Chips Sea Salt and Pepper

750 grams McCain Frozen Cauliflower Florets

 

For the Marinade: 

¾ cup plain yoghurt

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

2 teaspoons chilli powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius
  2. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well
  3. Place the frozen cauliflower florets in a large bowl and mix in the yoghurt marinade, give it a good toss to coat the cauliflower
  4. Gently place the marinated cauliflower florets into an oven proof tray and bake for 25 – 30 minutes until it is nicely charred
  5. Serve with McCain Sea Salt and Pepper Oven Chips, salad and cucumber yoghurt
