Chicken & Hawaiian Stir Fry
Ingredients
                1 packet McCain Hawaiian Stir Fry
1 kg chicken thighs
½ cup packed chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
For the Marinade for the Chicken
200 ml Sweet and Sour Sauce
¼ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup hot sauce of choice
2 tablespoons garlic and ginger paste
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 10 minutes 
                        Total Time: 50 minutes (3 hours for marinade)
                    
- Combine the ingredients for the marinade and mix with the chicken and allow to marinate for at least 3 hours
- Cook the McCain Stir Fry veg and keep aside.
- Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius and roast the chicken for 45 minutes until done
- Serve with McCain Savoury rice and McCain Stir Fry
