Chilli Beef Loaded Fries With McCain Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
McCain Rosemary and Garlic Sweet Potato Fries
500 grams beef mince
Oil
1 small onion diced
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 teaspoons chilli powder
2 teaspoons Italian herbs
3 teaspoons tomato paste
Dash of water
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Toppings
Jalapeno peppers – finely chopped
Red onions chopped
Grated cheddar cheese
Sliced spring onions
Smashed avocado / avocado slices – optional
Cocktail cherry tomatoes
Sauces of choice - mayonnaise, cheese sauce, chilli sauce, etc – optional

Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
- Cook the Sweet Potato Fries according to package instructions
- Heat a pot on medium to high heat and add the oil
- Next add the garlic and diced onions – fry for 5 minutes before adding the beef mince
- Season and allow the beef mince to fry until the water has dried and it has browned
- Add the Italian herbs, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of water
- Mix well and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened
- Season and remove from the heat
- Place a generous amount of the beef filling onto the Sweet Potato fries
- Generously add the toppings and enjoy!
