Chunky Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
                2 tablespoons butter
1 onion diced
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
Curry leaf
1 teaspoon chilli powder (you can add more if you prefer it spicy)
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 5 minutes 
                        Total Time: 35 minutes 
                    
- Set the Philips All-in-One Cooker to the sauté function
 - Add the butter and once it starts melting, add the onions
 - Allow to sauté for 3 - 4 minutes before adding the garlic
 - Next add the curry leaves and all the spices and mix well
 - Add in the McCain Pumpkin Chunks, stir to combine
 - Adjust seasoning
 - Add the stock and toss gently
 - Close the lid and set the Philips All-in-One Cooker to the soup function and let the cooker do the rest
 - It should set out to cook for 20 minutes
 - Ensure the pressure is released before you open the cooker
 - Enjoy warm with crusty bread
