Creamed Spinach & Chicken Bake

Ingredients

2 packets McCain Creamed Spinach

500 grams pasta of choice – boiled and set aside

400 grams chicken cubed

1 onion chopped

1 garlic clove chopped

Mixed herbs

½ cup passata

1 cup feta cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

  1. Heat oil in a large pot on medium to high heat
  2. Season chicken and fry in batches
  3. Remove from the pan and set aside
  4. Add the onions to the pan and fry until translucent, then add the garlic, mixed herbs and passata
  5. Mix well to combine
  6. Add the frozen creamed spinach to the tomato mix and close the lid of the pot
  7. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes
  8. Throw in the pasta and feta and toss well
  9. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
  10. Serve hot with a side salad
  11. Enjoy with friends and family :)
