Ingredients

400 g McCain Crispers

1 tablespoon oil

 

Chaat Toppings

½ cup plain yoghurt (whisked)

2 tablespoons tamarind chutney

¼ cup finely chopped onion

¼ cup chopped tomato

Fresh coriander

Chilli powder or chaat masala

Sev (crunchy Indian noodles)

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

  1. Air fry Crispers at 200°C for 15–18 minutes until crisp

     

  2. Place in small bowls or cups

     

  3. Top with yoghurt, chutney, onion, tomato, coriander and a sprinkle of spice

     

  4. Finish with sev and serve immediately for a tangy, crunchy, sweet-spicy bite
