Delicious Chicken Thighs And Texan BBQ Chips
Ingredients
                1 kg Chicken Thighs
Marinade for Chicken
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons peri peri or chilli sauce of choice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
Salt and Pepper

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 5 minutes 
                        Total Time: 50 minutes 
                    
- Combine all the ingredients listed under marinade for chicken and mix well
 - Add the chicken to the marinade and allow to sit in the fridge for an hour or two
 - Preheat oven to 200°c
 - Place the marinated chicken in large oven tray and roast for 30 minutes
 - Turn the chicken thighs and roast for a further 15 - 20 minutes until cooked through
 - You can baste the chicken in between with the leftover marinade
 - Serve with McCain Texan BBQ Oven Chips and peas
