Festive Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
1 packet of McCain Mediterranean Roast Veg
3 sprigs of rosemary
Fresh thyme
3 cloves of garlic cut in half
Olive oil for drizzling
2 teaspoons of dried oregano
Sea salt / Himalayan salt
Sprinkle of smoked paprika
Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 - 30 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Prepare your baking pan by adding all of the ingredients above and mix.
- Place it in the oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until it is cooked.
