Festive Veg Lasagne
Ingredients
1 Packet of McCain Mashed Butternut
1 Packet of McCain Creamed Spinach
1 Packet of Lasagna Sheets
4 cups of Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
4 cups of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
500ml Pre-made or bought Tomato Sauce
Fresh Sage leaves

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 - 35 minutes
- Prepare the McCain Mashed Butternut and McCain Creamed Spinach according to instructions on packet.
- Preheat oven to 180℃
- In an oven dish, layer the lasagna sheets, sauce, McCain Mashed Butternut, McCain Creamed Spinach and grated cheddar cheese and repeat until your oven dish is full.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the top and decorate the top with fresh sage leaves.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to stand for around 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
