Glazed Pork Chops with Stir Fry Veg and Rice

1 kg Pork Chops
Olive oil
¼ cup Honey
4 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 cup Chicken Stock
Garlic Powder
Fresh Herbs

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 – 25 minutes
- Cook the McCain Hawaiian Stir Fry in olive oil and fresh garlic, then set aside.
- Season the chops.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium to high heat.
- Fry the chops in batches, about 2 - 3 minutes per side.
- Remove the chops from the pan.
- In the same pan, add the honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and stock, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix well and add the chops back into the pot.
- Simmer for 4 minutes and remove from the heat.
- Serve with rice and Hawaiian Stir Fry.
