Indian Masala & Skinny Fries
Ingredients
Oil
1 onion sliced
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
2 cardamom pods – husks removed
2 tablespoons masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Water
Salt and pepper

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
- Cook Skinny Fries and set aside
- In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat and add the onions and cumin seeds, once translucent add the garlic – stir for a minute
- Add the spices and a little water – cook for about a minute for the flavours to release – make sure it doesn’t burn, add a little water at a time to prevent from burning
- Add the Stir Fry Mix and cook for 6 minutes before tossing in the skinny fries and incorporating it into the saucy veg
- Enjoy with family & friends
