Moroccan Chicken & Roast Veg

McCain Roast Harissa Glaze – Mediterranean
1 kg Chicken Fillets
2 - 3 tablespoons Harissa Glaze
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

4 – 5 people
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours marinating time
- Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
- Cook the Roast veg according to package instructions and set aside
- Combine the chicken with the harissa paste allow to marinate for 4 hours
- Lay the chicken in a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, turning once
- Adjust seasoning
- Serve with spicy rice salad and roasted veg
