Sirloin Steak Salad Wrap
Ingredients
                500 grams Sirloin Steaks, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
Chimichurri Ingredients:
150 ml olive oil
½ cup packed coriander, washed and chopped
½ cup parsley, washed and chopped
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
To Serve:
Wraps
Store bought Tzatziki
Lettuce
Sliced Cucumber
Sliced Onion
Avocado (optional)

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 15 minutes 
                        Total Time: 30 minutes
                    
- Combine all the ingredients for the Chimichurri sauce and blitz until smooth.
 - Season the steak with the steak seasoning.
 - Cook the McCain Crispers according to package instructions.
 - Flash-fry the steak in a hot pan and set aside.
 - On a large board or platter, start arranging the steak, adding all the other ingredients listed under "To Serve" around the board or platter.
 - Drizzle the chimichurri over the delicious, juicy steak.
 - Serve with crispy McCain Crispers.
