Sirloin Steak Salad Wrap


McCain Crispers

500 grams Sirloin Steaks, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons steak seasoning


Chimichurri Ingredients:

150 ml olive oil

½ cup packed coriander, washed and chopped

½ cup parsley, washed and chopped

2 cloves of garlic

Juice of 1 lemon

½ teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon chilli flakes

Salt and pepper to taste


To Serve: 


Store bought Tzatziki


Sliced Cucumber

Sliced Onion

Avocado (optional)

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the Chimichurri sauce and blitz until smooth.
  2. Season the steak with the steak seasoning.
  3. Cook the McCain Crispers according to package instructions.
  4. Flash-fry the steak in a hot pan and set aside.
  5. On a large board or platter, start arranging the steak, adding all the other ingredients listed under "To Serve" around the board or platter.
  6. Drizzle the chimichurri over the delicious, juicy steak.
  7. Serve with crispy McCain Crispers.
