Sirloin Steak & Sweet Potato Fries
McCain Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
For the Sirloin steak:
2 sirloin steaks
Salt and pepper
Avocado oil
For the herb garlic butter:
1 cup butter, softened
Zest and juice of half a lemon
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 ½ tablespoons fresh chopped herbs of your liking (I used thyme)
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Prep Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Total Time: Depending on Steak Temperature
For the Sirloin:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them in the Philips Smart Sensing XXL Airfryer for 8 minutes at 200℃.
- Once done, place on a plate and cover in foil to allow the meat to rest.
Rare: 5 min
Med Rare: 8 min
Med: 10 min
Med well: 12 min
For the herb garlic butter:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Place in the fridge until ready to use.
For the McCain Crispy Sweet Potato Fries:
- Place the McCain Sweet Potato Fries in the Philips Smart Sensing XXL Airfryer, cook for 12 minutes at 200℃, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Remove sweet potato fries from the Philips Smart Sensing XXL Airfryer and serve with the steak, garlic butter and your favourite sauces.
