Spiced Fish & Roast Veg Salad
Ingredients
5 hake fillets
5 - 6 cloves of garlic crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Cajun spice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Butter
Salt and pepper
Chopped parsley

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
- Roast the McCain Roast Veg according to package instructions and set aside
- Combine the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cajun spice, paprika, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix well into the fish fillets
- Heat a large pan on medium to high heat and start frying the fish until cooked and nicely charred
- Slice the fish into 2 inch chunks
- Toss the roast Veg into a bowl and top with the chucks of fish, drizzle olive oil, season, garnish and serve
