Spicy Black Pepper Beef, Mushroom And Veg Stir Fry
Ingredients
1 packet McCain Stir Fry African
600 grams beef cut for stir fry
250 grams Mushrooms chopped
2 tablespoons cornstarch (Maizena)
2 tablespoons Oil
2 teaspoons black pepper crushed
1 tablespoon garlic crushed
2 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
Noodles of choice
Salt and pepper

Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 - 35 minutes
- Season the beef strips, add the cornstarch, toss well and keep aside
- Mix the dark soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, water and black pepper
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet on medium to high heat
- Start frying the beef in batches and keep aside
- Add in the garlic, followed by the mushrooms and African Stir Fry mix, fry for 6 - 8 minutes
- Add in the stir fry sauce that you mixed, give it a good toss
- Add the beef back to the skillet and cook for 2 - 3 minutes
- Serve with noodles
