Spinach And Potato Soup
Ingredients
                400 grams McCain Spinach
600 grams Diced Potatoes
Butter
1 large onion finely diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 teaspoons cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups vegetable stock – add more if the soup is too thick
½ cup cream
Salt and pepper
Coriander – chopped

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 5 minutes 
                        Total Time: 40 minutes
                    
- Heat butter in a large pot and add the onions and leeks
 - Once the onions are translucent add the garlic
 - Next add the spinach, potatoes and spices and allow to cook for about 5 minutes before adding the vegetable stock
 - Cook until the vegetables have softened and blend with a stick blender
 - Add cream and mix well
 - Adjust seasoning
 - Serve hot and garnish with sesame seeds and chilli flakes
