Spinach & Chicken Masala
Ingredients
                500 grams McCain Garden Spinach
800 grams chicken fillets cubed
Oil
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 teaspoons garlic and ginger paste
3 tablespoons curry powder
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon turmeric
3 large tomatoes chopped
1 heaped tablespoon of yoghurt
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 5 minutes 
                        Total Time: 30 minutes
                    
- In a large pot, heat the oil and add the cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon stick
 - Now add the chopped onions and allow to brown
 - Add the garlic and ginger and mix well
 - Add the curry powder, nutmeg, turmeric and chopped tomatoes and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes
 - Add the cut chicken and mix well
 - Adjust seasoning
 - Cook until chicken is almost done
 - Add the McCain Garden Spinach and yoghurt and give it a quick mix then close the pot lid and cook for 5 minutes then switch off the heat
 - Garnish with fresh chopped dhania
 - Serve with roti or rice
