Spinach & Corn Pitas With Oven Chips
Ingredients
300 grams McCain Spinach
300 grams McCain Corn
1 small onion diced
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
½ teaspoon chilli flakes

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
- Cook the McCain Texan Chips according to package instructions
- In a pan, heat a blob of butter and add the onion, garlic, thyme and corn and fry for about 5 minutes before adding the spinach
- Allow the water to dry completely – Remove any excess water
- In large bowl, combine the corn and spinach mixture with the cheeses, Italian herbs and chilli flakes
- Adjust seasoning
- Heat a skillet
- Butter the pitas and cook for about 3 minutes per side until the cheese has melted
- Enjoy with our Texan BBQ Oven Chips
