Summer Pesto Sharing Board


1 packet McCain Veggie Fingers 

1 packet McCain EmotiBites

1 packet McCain Chilli Potato Bites 

250 grams McCain Corn

Blob of Butter

1 teaspoon Italian herbs



1 cup pickled beetroot

Cocktail tomatoes

300 grams cubed chicken fillets, seasoned and fried, placed in a bowl

½ Pickled red onions, placed in a bowl

1 cup store bough basil pesto, placed in a bowl

1 cup store bought red pepper pesto, placed in a bowl

Bunch of grapes

Fresh basil leaves

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

  1. Cook the McCain Veggie Fingers, EmotiBites and Chilli Potato Bites according to package instructions
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the corn and steam for 5 - 7 minutes, add the butter and Italian herbs, season and keep aside – place into a small bowl


  1. On a large platter, place the McCain appetizers along with the corn and all the sides

  3. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve
