Thai Chicken Burgers & Skinny Fries
Ingredients
                
For the Burger Patties
500 grams Chicken fillets cut into chunks
1 small bunch Spring onions sliced
2 teaspoons soy sauce – light
2 teaspoons garlic and ginger paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 green chillies chopped
Salad Ingredients
1 cup Rainbow coleslaw mix
Cucumber cut into strips
1 - 2 tablespoons Rice Wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt and pepper
Mayo
Burger Buns

Directions
                
                        Prep Time: 10 minutes 
                        Total Time: 35 minutes
                    
- Cook Skinny Fries and set aside
 - Combine all the ingredients for the burger patties and blitz until it forms a smooth mixture
 - Portion into 4 balls and shape into burger patties
 - Fry the patties on medium high heat in a little oil until golden
 - Combine the crunch coleslaw mix and cucumber with salt, pepper and rice wine vinegar, sugar and olive oil and toss well
 - Place the patty on a toasted bun, top with Marinated slaw mix and mayo
 - Serve with Skinny Fries
