Thai Chicken Burgers & Skinny Fries

Ingredients

McCain Skinny Fries

 

For the Burger Patties

500 grams Chicken fillets cut into chunks 

1 small bunch Spring onions sliced 

2 teaspoons soy sauce – light 

2 teaspoons garlic and ginger paste 

1 teaspoon black pepper 

2 green chillies chopped

 

Salad Ingredients

1 cup Rainbow coleslaw mix 

Cucumber cut into strips 

1 - 2 tablespoons Rice Wine vinegar 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

1 teaspoon sugar 

Pinch of salt and pepper

 

Mayo 

Burger Buns

Directions

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes

  1. Cook Skinny Fries and set aside
  2. Combine all the ingredients for the burger patties and blitz until it forms a smooth mixture
  3. Portion into 4 balls and shape into burger patties
  4. Fry the patties on medium high heat in a little oil until golden
  5. Combine the crunch coleslaw mix and cucumber with salt, pepper and rice wine vinegar, sugar and olive oil and toss well
  6. Place the patty on a toasted bun, top with Marinated slaw mix and mayo
  7. Serve with Skinny Fries
