Veggie Fingers With Three Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
For the Three Cheese Sauce
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup milk
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated mozzarella
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Black pepper

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
- Cook the Veggie Fingers according to package instructions
- In a small saucepan mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of the milk to form a smooth paste
- Slowly add in the remaining milk and whisk until smooth
- Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
- Lower the heat and add the cheeses, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir well until cheese has melted
- Serve with veggie fingers and salad
