Veggie Fingers With Three Cheese Sauce


McCain Veggie Fingers


For the Three Cheese Sauce

2 tablespoons flour

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup milk

1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/3 cup grated mozzarella

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Black pepper




Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

  1. Cook the Veggie Fingers according to package instructions
  2. In a small saucepan mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of the milk to form a smooth paste
  3. Slowly add in the remaining milk and whisk until smooth
  4. Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
  5. Lower the heat and add the cheeses, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir well until cheese has melted
  6. Serve with veggie fingers and salad
